I can login to my account on my computer, however app keeps giving an error of incorrect username/password. At this point it is a useless app. There is no customer support available for the app.

Everytime I go to view my eCards, the app crashes. Extremely disappointing, especially considering the outrageous amount PADI charges for eCards ($37 per certification). I will continue to use my normal dive log app, which has photos of my cCards.
Looks like the beginning of a good app, and might be one once all the functionality is implemented. As of now, I get a lot of connection errors and am not able to see my eCards. Needs help and improvement.
I cant add dives that arent already in the PADI locator. I cant add pics of dives. Good thing you dont have to pay for this app.
Havent had any issues with the app. Able to view my eCard without issue. You cannot do eLearning from it or from any apple products which it clearly stated when you sign up. After all it is a free app and you can delete it easier than you installed it if you dont like it.
On ios 10 trying to update the e-cards crashes the app 100% of the time and lost all already downloaded e-cards. Making the one thing I depended on the app useless. Please fix this asap. Repro on iPhone 6 and ipad pro.
The app needs some serious work. E-cards dont load, which is one of the apps main attractions. The interface needs to be optimized for the Plus phones. I dont see a way to update my PADI profile information.
What a waste of time dont even bother doing your log dive there crap search Im surprised with all the money PADI make they can not come up with something better
This app misses the mark. Cannot change the password (they send you a password that a toddler can figure out); must logon with name and pw each time the app is opened with no option to save the info in keychain or to use a fingerprint; not much help in the settings (can use a tutorial); weblinks to PADI sites are not mobile user friendly and are confusing- this is a website developer issue. For the price of paying for replacment cards and eCards, youd think I would have a 5 star experience! The only reason I gave it 3 stars is that is has potential.
I tried numerous times to register and the app doesnt work. First it said my DOB was wrong, then my diver number was wrong, and after I finally got that settled, it said my hotmail account needed to be corrected. I tried 3 other hotmail accounts and apparently the developers are unaware that hotmail is an email provider.
The last update "freezes" the app
As soon as I installed and started app it froze and does nothing.
Whats up with the notification that wont away? There is nothing it points to. Its annoying not to be able to turn it off. I am deleting the app until it is fixed.
knowing that they charge $50 for an "eCard", I doubt abt their "awareness project". no - thanks. also, couldnt find many dive sites too.
Padi! Listen! Nobody wants to be redirected to your website from the app every time they click on something! Trust me on this! This is ridiculous, although being a Padi Pro for decades I know you have always lagged behind in technology. Wake up!
Hey padi, I am having trouble with every little thing on the application. Everything I select a category your app decides to shut down. Very frustrating when people ask the benefits of the padi system and I cant even provide a simple example of your application working well
I cant even sign up to try it out. I hit sign up, & Im taken to a blank page that I cant type anything on.
It was working good before this last update. Now it doesnt show the dive sites to select when you want to log a new dive.
I cannot sign up. When I want to buy an ecard the app refers me back to the website. Then the website refers me back to the app. What is happening ???
Unfortunately the login and password they sent me dont work. The app is terrible.
