PADI - Scuba Diving Essentials App Reviews

The app had only one working function: if youve lost your certificate card you dont have to worry if your replacement will arrive in time. You can get your e-certificate shown in this app. This does work but none of the other functions do. Keep working on it! It looks nice and fun!

At the moment it only shows store locations. But more info on the sport, equipment and the courses would be good. For those more advanced showing/storing certification information would be useful.

After searching for a dive shop app will not go back to launch screen. Reinstalled and still not working. Great idea but needs work.

Nice way to find local dive shops. e-Card is great. But if you click on a dive shop you cannot go back and have to restart the app. It is amazing that this has never worked.

Wonderful way to find dive shops Now need the same with cool dive spots... Hey new revision has functionality issue while previous version worked fine before When are you going to fix it? Nobody wants to restart the app after it gets stuck when selecting dive shop... Lowering rating from 5 star to 2 for above described reason

Cool app but reported issues have not been resolved which date back to last march. I had to delete the app and reinstall as would not let me go back once I entered into a dive site for more info. Cool idea... Hope this bug gets worked out.

Still locking up when you go to a dive shop - too bad. PADI promoted it today for the new e-cards but it needs to be fixed.

Got the email. Installed the app. I was disappointed when simple things were bugging out. Like if I dont select "allow us to use your location", it wont ask again later. Therefore half the app doesnt work unless you check "ok". So I deleted it, reinstalled it, checked "ok"... Oh!! Theres a map! I got stuck on one of the shops info I couldnt go back. "Dismiss" doesnt work! Please fix these things before you send out a mass email! Now I dont even want to find out how much the ecards cost!!!

I wanted an ecard so I dont have to carry around the plastic card, I thought I could download the app and that would be the end of it, nope. After several minutes puttering around I discover I have to go to the website and reapply for a card, upload an image through the website which only accepts small images, I find myself opening photoshop then I asked myself why I was wasting so much time, thats when I just quit.

Wont recognize username/password (doesnt say which) My ecards are gone... Impossible to get password/login help What happened? The old app worked fine, now nothing works....

Can I rate this zero? PADI needs to hire someone competent to develop their apps.

Nice work to fix this app. After a rough roll out this app went from terrible to great. I like having all of my cert cards available on my phone in eCard format. Nice tie in to scubaearth also. Store finder works well.

Cant sign in. Contact page not responding.

Tried accessing some information but a web page opened up. Then tried access my free 30 day trial e-card and wasnt successful. Also tired changing the language of the app but couldnt it this could be done.

Still crashes when I try to open my e-cards.

The location finder works poorly, and the eCard is a scam! You have tu buy a eCard for every certification you make! And eRDP table is not in there, you have to buy it… If the eCard was a one shot deal and it would update itself in time, it would be nice… And if the locator would work properly, this app would make sens, but it does not.

App is crashy and wont let you do anything, sends you to web browser every app button its just stupid links to a safari like padi page

This app is terrible. Wont update to display my ecard after multiple attempts. 0/5 stars.
